E-mail marketing is one of the first digital forms of marketing. It was first used in 1978, to send out mass e-mails. Since then, many new digital techniques of marketing have evolved and are running successfully.
According to a survey, e-mail marketing-driven traffic has 15 times more chances of converting the viewer to a customer. It is still being used very effectively by all business houses. It is still relevant because a direct e-mail is more likely to influence than an internet page ad. All of us check our e-mails daily, so we always see what all we have in our inbox. It does impact in a big way in comparison to other modes of marketing.
